• Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated and all associated transactions will be voided.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform.

Online Poker reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspicious activity or fraud.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

Online Poker believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a means of earning income. We are committed to responsible gaming.

• Each member can set their own deposit limit.
• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits on your account.
• A cooling-off period (temporary break) option is available at all times.

Online Poker is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to game disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Loss resulting from account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Loss of service due to temporary outages caused by technical issues.

These terms and conditions form the entire basis of the agreement between Online Poker and its members. Any prior oral or written commitments that fall outside these terms shall not apply.
